“In the throes of the Breonna Taylor protests, Louisville Magazine published an editorial package that highlighted a conversation with the city’s Black leaders and also featured two protest-centric photo essays. My job as a designer was to bring the image words to the page with reverence and seriousness. Using Martin typeface from Vocal Type Co., and photographs from Andrew Censi and Mickie Winters, my work was thoughtful in its loudness, boldness and it was unapologetic in its frustration with the systemic racism of our world.”Buy Sneakers | FASHION NEWS
