VCFA’s Ian Lynam wins STA 100! So do most of the other VCFA faculty!

We are very excited to announce that VCFA fauclty member Ian Lynam has won an STA 100 Award for his publication “Visual Strateges for the Apocalypse”!

We’re extra-excited, as the booklet contains contributions from VCFA alumni and faculty including Matthew Scott Barnes, Natalia Ilyin, Nikki Juen, Yoon Soo Lee, Matthew Monk, David Peacock, Michael Scaringe, and Lorena Howard-Sheridan!

The Society of Typographic Arts’s (STA) 100 competition is 40 years old. The STA brings the design community together by inviting and encouraging all creative professionals to help build a community with social, educational, and networking opportunities. Through events, activities, conferences, and publications, as well as the STA 100 competition, the STA affirms its dedication to pursuing excellence in all forms of communication.
