VCFA faculty Yoon Soo Lee, Ziddi Msangi and Ian Lynam recently participated in the XD24 International Design lecture roundtable and workshop at Hongik University, initiated by faculty member, amazing host and VCFA Visiting Critic/Designer Chris Ro.
The students made FIVE different poster designs for the event!
The roundtable was moderated by Jiwon Lee, one of our very favorite human beings. Why?
1. He was kind enough to wear an “ianlynam.com” hat typeset in a graffiti font that Ian’s father had made him at the mall. (Jiwon actually made it look good, too.)
2. Jiwon is the foremost transator of graphic design literature from English into Korean.
3. He’s an exacting and exuberant designer.
4. He’s an astounding design teacher.
